Today I had the nice experience of helping a company to move their existing Toshiba CS / TeleVantage system.  They have a version 6 system, and it is one of the last systems of TeleVantage that I sold when I was with SWS / Logicom TeleData.  The TeleVantage system was a great system in it's day, but there are simpler and better alternatives out there today.  Even though I love TeleVantage, it's hard to get past the fact that Vertical dropped the ball when they bought the company.
