A few years back a multi-tenant office complex purchased an Artisoft TeleVantage system from me.  It's been a great fit aside from the lack of dependability.  Last week their system failed and I got a call from the customer.  These folks really are the nicest people that I know, so I went to their office after work and setup my demo Elastix system for them.  It's a Xorcom system with a single PRI port - perfect to get them back up and running on a temporary basis.  Within an hour or so, we had their PRI back up, and they were busily programming follow me routes to reach their client businesses on a cell phone.  It was a great fix for a couple of days to help them get past the rough patch.

The second nice thing is that this was a great test drive for them to see what a newer and less complicated system could do for them.  The Xorcom system with three of the larger analog station modules would do the trick for the future.
