Several years ago I met with Tom and Mark Brodner regarding a cabling project for one of their clients.  They had been referring business to Medlin Communications for several years prior to that but I had never been in the mix before.  After meeting with them and the client, several things were clear to me:

• They truly work on behalf of the client
• They have some skills
• They have a wide range of knowledge on IT and other related areas
• They garner trust - from both their clients and the vendors that they work with.
